With Meet & Greet, your chauffeur meets you in the arrival hall, displaying your name and flight number on a tablet. For Driveway Pickup, we coordinate the arrival pickup point with you in WhatsApp.
What happens if my flight is delayed?
Our operations team checks arrival details. A verified flight delay is not treated as a customer cancellation. Arrival waiting includes 60 minutes from actual landing. Please keep us updated in the same WhatsApp conversation.
Is there enough space for my luggage?
We consider passengers and luggage together. An Alphard / Vellfire has a recommended fit of 5 passengers with 4 standard bags. Cabin bags, child seats, wheelchairs and bulky items can reduce fit, so include everything in your request. Merge confirms the exact configuration.
What is included in the price?
Airport surcharge and parking are included. ERP or road tolls, if incurred, are advised with a receipt. A one-time S$15 charge applies to pickups from 23:00–05:59. Child seats are S$15 each. Extra waiting and route-approved stops may cost more.
How do I confirm my booking?
Choose your journey and vehicle, then review the fare and your details in Confirm & pay. Online checkout is being connected; for now, use the WhatsApp assistance option to arrange your booking and secure payment with Merge. Your journey is confirmed only after the booking and payment arrangements are verified.
