Who we are
Merge Services Pte Ltd ("Merge", "we", "us") provides chauffeured airport transfers and private transport services in Singapore. Our operations address is 51 Ubi Ave 1, #05-08 (8B), Paya Ubi Industrial Park, Singapore 408933. You can contact us at bookings@merge.sg or on WhatsApp at +65 8979 5446.
What we collect
To take and fulfil a booking, we may collect:
- Your name and contact details, including email and phone or WhatsApp number
- Pickup and destination addresses
- Pickup date and time, and flight details where relevant
- Passenger and luggage counts, child-seat requests and any instructions you give us
Why we collect it
We use this information to arrange your journey, assign a suitable vehicle and chauffeur, coordinate your pickup, respond to your enquiries, and keep records for service, business and legal purposes.
How we share it
We share your information only as needed to provide the service:
- With the assigned chauffeur and transport partners, only the details needed to complete your journey
- With our booking and customer-relationship platform, used to manage your booking and communicate with you
- With our payment processor, to handle online payments — we do not see or store your card number
- With our messaging provider, for communications such as WhatsApp messages about your booking
- With mapping and address-lookup services, to locate and route your pickup and destination
- With authorities or as otherwise required or permitted by law
How long we keep it
We retain your information only as long as needed to provide the service and for legitimate business, accounting or legal reasons, and no longer than is necessary for those purposes.
How we protect it
We take reasonable safeguards to protect your information against loss, unauthorised access, use, alteration and disclosure. Access within Merge is limited to those who need it to do their work.
Overseas transfers
Some of the services we use may process data outside Singapore. Where this happens, we rely on services that provide comparable protection in line with the PDPA.
Your rights
You may ask to access, correct or withdraw consent for marketing communications. To withdraw consent, stop receiving marketing, or make a privacy enquiry, email us at bookings@merge.sg or message us on WhatsApp at +65 8979 5446.
