Meet & Greet Arrival Service
Your chauffeur greets you inside the Changi arrival hall with your name on an iPad display, handles your luggage, and escorts you directly to your executive vehicle in the inner pickup bay.
Driveway Pickup Option
For frequent travellers and quick departures, driveway pickup offers direct coordination at Changi Terminals 1, 2, 3 and 4 via WhatsApp.

Transparent charges
A one-time S$15 late-night charge applies to pickups between 23:00–05:59 Singapore time. Child seats are S$15 each. ERP road tolls, if incurred, are advised with a receipt. See the full charges table.
Where will I meet my chauffeur at Changi?
With Meet & Greet, your chauffeur meets you inside the arrival hall, displaying your name and flight number on a tablet. For Driveway Pickup, we coordinate the arrival pickup point with you on WhatsApp.
What happens if my flight is delayed?
Your assigned driver manually checks your flight status ahead of arrival; please let us know promptly if your flight is rebooked or materially changed. Arrival waiting includes 60 minutes of complimentary waiting counted from your actual landing time.
Is the airport surcharge included in the fare?
Yes. The Changi airport surcharge and car park fees are included in every airport transfer fare. ERP road tolls, if incurred, are advised with a receipt.
Which terminals do you cover?
All four Changi terminals — Terminal 1, 2, 3 and 4. Your chauffeur is assigned to the correct terminal based on your flight.
Can I book a driveway pickup instead of Meet & Greet?
Yes. Driveway Pickup is available for travellers who prefer to walk directly to the vehicle. We coordinate the pickup point with you on WhatsApp.
