Arrival Hall Meeting Points

With Meet & Greet service, your chauffeur awaits you directly outside the baggage claim exit doors in the main arrival hall, holding a tablet showing your name. No wandering to a distant pickup point — you are met the moment you clear customs.

All four Changi terminals have a dedicated Meet & Greet station within the Level 1 arrival hall. The interactive locator below shows exactly where your driver stands for each terminal.

What to look for

  • A chauffeur in Merge attire holding a tablet showing your name
  • Positioned beside the Meeting Point sign nearest your baggage belt exit
  • 60 minutes of free waiting from the time your flight actually lands
