Do I need to alight at immigration?
No. With a private cross-border transfer, you remain in the vehicle at both Singapore and Malaysian immigration. Your chauffeur handles the checkpoint process while you stay seated.
Which destinations in Malaysia do you cover?
Johor Bahru, Legoland, Desaru Coast, Malacca and Kuala Lumpur are the most common. Other destinations can be arranged on request — tell us where you need to go.
Can you pick up from Changi Airport for a Malaysia transfer?
Yes. We can collect you from Changi and drive directly across the causeway to your destination in Malaysia, with the airport surcharge included in the fare.

Which vehicles are available for cross-border travel?
The Toyota Alphard / Vellfire, Mercedes-Benz V-Class and larger vans are commonly used. The right vehicle depends on your passenger and luggage count.
