Payment Methods
You can pay by Visa, Mastercard or PayNow through our secure online checkout, or in cash directly to your chauffeur once your journey is complete. Your fare is confirmed before you are charged, and all surcharges are shown before you confirm.
Paying by cash
Cash bookings are confirmed by our team before a chauffeur is assigned, and the fare is due to your chauffeur after the journey is completed. A cash booking is never shown as paid before travel, and the amount owing is exactly the fare you were quoted.
Card security
Card payments are handled on a secure hosted checkout page. Merge never sees or stores your card number. Your fare is confirmed before you are charged, and all surcharges are shown before you confirm.
